Week-long free ayurvedic camp begins

Ludhiana: Looking at the increasing awareness about natural remedies among people in Panjab, Ayurcare, an ISO certified Ayurvedic Wellness Centre has opened its centre at Gurdev Nagar in Ludhiana. The AWC is holding a week-long here wellness camp till May 23.

Speaking at the inauguration, Dr Madhu from Hyderabad, who is heading the camp, stressed on the importance of Ayurveda in cleansing the body through Panchakarma Detoxification programmes and getting rejuvenated to attain peace of body, mind and soul. “We are giving special emphasis on weight reduction through ayurvedic therapies, along with natural detoxification,” she said.

“Ayurveda is known for its zero side-effects, safe and steady method of recovering from chronic diseases such as joint pains and aches, skin disorders, paralysis, degenerative disorders, psoriasis, etc,” she said.
