It is interesting , but i think being a Himalayan state the potential of HP is in natural cultivation of medicinal plants , Efforts of Nepal and other mountain states are good examples for Cultivating medicinal plants as non timber based forest products .

at the same time it can generate an awareness for the local people as well.

FUNNY
While the whole world is going for integration of traditional and modern medicine thereby giving maximum benefit to the patients, In India we are opposing it. In my opinion Govt. should make a curriculum for medical students where they are taught every system of medicine at UG level and then the doctors should be given a choice about specialising in a particular system of medicine like Ayurveda or allopathy or Homeopathy or Yoga and siddha etc.

It is great news that the Acueman fund is funding the Ayurvedic Hospitals in India. The majority of the chronic metobolic disorders has got good answer in ayurveda by which the the mortality rate due to this can be brought under control. I will be interested if such a venture is taking a shape in the state of A.P. ?

Health Ministry to fund Ayurveda University is appreciable step towards the upgrading of Ayurvedic Sciences. Finally Govt is paying attention to Ayurveda. But still alot of work is required to be done. Research institutes should be set up in India for promoting research work. Also recognition of Aurveda degree outside India. The job sector is not at all satisfactory for Ayurvedic physicians. After completing five and a half years degree course in Ayurveda still the status given to Ayurvedic Physicians is not equal to Allopathic physicians. Also, jobs are deficient in our field. Govt should recruit Ayurvedic Medical Officers in Dispensaries on regular basis. But things are slowly changing as a New Ayurveda Institute is likely to come up on lines of AIIMS. Also more Ayurvedic courses should be launched in India including PG.

Hello Drs .
I used to produce the Kshara suthra thereads with Snuhi ksheera ,Apamarga kshara and Haridra choorn.

My plan was an industrial production because that product was not available in the marcket.

i was wondering if there is any such products available.
